Almost all of our basic material needs come from the Earth – from metal ores to energy. But we must try to use these resources in a sustainable way, minimizing damage to the planet. We all have a contribution to make, including re-using and recycling. 6,000 specimens, including many precious gemstones, make this exhibition a visual and intellectual feast.
