Leica CW4000 CytoFISH Continued

  • Either capture a region of interest in the camera field of view, or capture using the entire CCD array for the highest spatial resolution. Binning can optionally be used to increase sensitivity.

  • No need to threshold images to generate composite images – this means that there is no possibility of excluding faint “real” signals from the image.

  • The ability to import .tif images from any original source for further analysis.
Full compatibility with karyotyping applications to allow flexible karyotyping of 2, 3 or multi-colour images.

  • Leica CW4000 CytoFISH offers the ability to count FISH signals in interphase or tissue sections and the ability to perform a ratio of the number of count of red (or orange) spots to the number of green spots (as used in Her-/neu studies).
