Leica CW4000 CytoFISH
Fluorescence image acquisition and advanced analysis tools for cytogeneticists are provided by the Leica CW4000 CytoFISH application. Use of high resolution Digital Firewire cameras provides total confidence in your results, whether for standard FISH assays or the capture of images for CGH and MFISH studies. You can also capture combined Brightfield and Fluorescence images to view CISH images (Chromogenic In situ Hybridsiation) and combined Immuno staining with FISH experiments
Leica CW4000 CytoFISH provides: Acquisition facilities for up to 16 image planes, allowing the capture of combinatorial MFISH and CGH images. Compatibility with Leica Digital Firewire cameras (DFC) either cooled or non cooled cameras can be used, producing high resolution FISH images. Leica DFC cameras can be used either in 8 bit or 16 bit mode for a single image plane offering you the chance to capture the highest quality colour FISH images.
