개요

Leica MacroFluo는 Z6 APO와 Z16 APO Body를 이용하여 형광 관찰을 할 수 있도록 고안된 라이카만의 신기술로 하나의 광 경로를 가진 마크로 현미경입니다. 라이카 최고급 렌즈를 사용하여 특히, Mouse, Zebrafish, Chicken, Drosophila 등의 크기가 큰 표본에서부터 미세표본까지 형광 관찰, 측정 및 영상을 기록할 수 있습니다.

MacroFluo만의 유일한 특징은 일반 실체현미경에 비해 작업거리가 길고 field of view가 넓으며, 하나의 광로를 사용하기 때문에 더욱 정확한 이미지를 관찰, 분석 및 측정 할 수 있습니다. Planapochromatic 5xHR 렌즈를 이용하여 575x(16:1 zoom)까지 관찰 가능합니다.

주요 특징

  • Large specimens - high resolution
    The Leica MacroFluo can be equipped with the apochromatically corrected zoom system of your choice: LeicaZ6APO with 6.3:1 zoom or Leica Z16APO with 16:1 zoom. Magnifications, field diameters and working distances can be adapted to the task at hand with planapochromatic 1×, 2×, 0.8×, 0.5×or 5× objectives.

  • Macro and micro
    With the planapochromatic 5×HR (high resolution) microscope objective, the MacroFluo systems deliver a previously unattainable wealth of information. Magnifications of up to 225×( 6:1 zoom) or 575× (16:1 zoom) can be achieved with a resolution of 1500 Lp/mm. The optional fine focusing drive is recommended for precise focusing at such high magnifications.
  • Intense luminosity at all zoom settings
    The coaxial fluorescence illuminator provides extremely bright, homogeneous fluorescence of outstanding quality, even at low magnifications. The field automatically adjusts to match the field of view when zooming.
